Optimizing your thyroid isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about supporting your body from multiple angles. Here are 3 powerful ways to start:

  • Balance your nutrients: Your thyroid needs iodine, selenium, and zinc to function well.
  • Manage stress: Chronic stress increases cortisol, which can throw off thyroid hormone production.
  • Support your gut health: A healthy gut helps convert thyroid hormone into its active form.

👉 Little daily changes add up to big improvements in your energy, mood, and metabolism.

2. The One Thing to Eat Every Morning for Your Thyroid

If you could add just one thyroid-friendly food to your mornings, let it be protein + selenium-rich foods.

For example:

  • A couple of Brazil nuts (a powerful source of selenium that helps convert thyroid hormones).
